High-end hardwood manufacturer distributor is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking dynamic individuals who have experience in the flooring industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent organization, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow inside sales by actively prospecting for new customers.
• Identify, contact, assess needs, identify opportunities, present solutions, close, and build ongoing relationships.
• Comfortable looking after clients and work effectively as a team player.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in all aspects of flooring sales, including product knowledge of flooring types, measuring, and quoting jobs.
• Experienced in prospecting, client relationships, follow-up, and follow through.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with their own reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable using computers.

Job Type:

Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: Based on qualification, $3,500 + Commission
