As an Innovation Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Innovation Marketing in the Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing organization, you will join an agile group leading the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including product-led growth (PLG).
Our team works across functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, propose, test, and mature break-through go-to-market capabilities that deliver business growth and customer value. A crucial part of your role will be to develop relationships across our product portfolio. To do this, you will work alongside data analysts to understand each team’s business, and where PLG can support their business targets. To be successful, you will leverage your business acumen, ability to interpret data, and create plans to help various teams drive towards shared outcomes.
We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,600 and $182,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,800 and $148,280. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
