We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team and support mission-critical network operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage complex network solutions that ensure high availability, scalability, and security. This role requires hands-on experience with network architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting across multi-vendor platforms. Korean bilingual proficiency is required to support collaboration with our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Design & Implementation – Develop and optimize advanced network solutions to support business growth.
2. Infrastructure Management – Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers (L4/L7), IP PBX, and more.
3. Monitoring & Automation – Implement network monitoring tools and automation strategies to enhance performance and security.
4. Cabling & Documentation – Oversee network cabling (UTP, fiber optics) installations and maintain detailed documentation.
5. Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization – Identify and resolve connectivity, security, and performance issues.
6. Security & Compliance – Ensure network infrastructure adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
2. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
3. Cisco CCNA certification (or higher).
4. Experience with LAN/WAN architecture, network monitoring tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
5. Bilingual in Korean and English for effective communication with global teams.
6. Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT environments is a plus.
7. Knowledge of network automation tools and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
9. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and network storage solutions.
10. Eligibility to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship available for selected candidates).
11. Willingness to travel within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area as needed.
