Job Title: Infrastructure Integration Specialist (Senior)
Location: 1 Dundas Street West, Suite 1200, Toronto, Ontario
Start Date: April 23, 2025
End Date: April 5, 2026

The client is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist to support the build and integration of network, server, and SAN infrastructure across a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized technical support in infrastructure build and integration.
• Design, configure, and deploy network and server systems.
• Support project installation and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Work within multi-tiered enterprise environments and data centers.

Required Skills and Experience:

General:

• Experience integrating diverse technologies in a standards-based infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network topologies and emerging IT trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Network Infrastructure:

• Experience in planning, design, deployment, and configuration of enterprise networks.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cisco (ACE, PIX-ASA, 6500, Nexus)
• Checkpoint Firewalls
• GSS, CSS, VLANs, OSPF, RSTP
• Network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
• Certification with Cisco or Juniper preferred.

Server and SAN Infrastructure:

• Experience with Windows, Solaris, Linux platforms.
• Knowledge of VMware, Solaris containers, middleware, and database support.
• Familiarity with SAN systems (Hitachi, Oracle, IBM, EMC).

Desirable:

• Experience with systems and configuration management tools.
• Background in systems analysis and design.
