Title : Technical Solutions Consultant V

Duration : 5 months (Possibility of extension)

Location : Remote

Pay rate : $90 / hr. - $95 / hr. on W2

Summary :

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities :

1. Build technical expertise in Facebook's various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
2. Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Facebook's advertising solutions.
3. Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services.

Skills :

1. BA / BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree
2. Experience in the Digital Advertising and / or Technology industries.
3. Knowledge of Advertising Technology ecosystem.
4. Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
5. Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
6. Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Must Have Skills :

1. Business process definition specific with learning model.
2. Data loads and security conflicts.
3. Experience working with fragmented systems.

Nice to have Skills :

1. Experience in connecting to 3rd party vendors.
2. Experience with xAPI.
3. Experience with integration of skills and learning.
