Information Technology - Senior Analyst/Analyst, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance
The mission of the Cybersecurity Department is to deliver high‐quality cybersecurity services and solutions that minimize risk across Aritzia’s systems and data.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Cybersecurity team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for protecting Aritzia’s data, on Aritzia’s systems and network. You will coordinate, support, and improve governance, risk, and compliance initiatives to ensure Aritzia upholds legal and regulatory obligations, maximizing operational integrity and minimizing technology risks.
THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Cybersecurity GRC, you will:
- Support compliance, outline operational integrity, and identify cybersecurity and technology risks
- Collaborate with auditors and business stakeholders, including our Technology, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, and People & Culture teams to effectively deliver audits on time
- Assist with documentation of internal security benchmarks and controls according to security policies to ensure compliance with industry security standards
- Collect documentation and evidence to map security metrics and compliance status
- Support with the evaluation of security and privacy controls during the contracting, renewal, and routine vendor management process to manage risk
- Support with the development and maintenance of training materials, communications, and testing mechanisms to drive security awareness
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Cybersecurity GRC has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in document writing and communication
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
