Job Responsibilities:

1. Works with applicable teams to choose appropriate technology solutions and facilitates complete integration into the company’s Cloud environments.
2. Supports the administration of AWS and Azure Cloud foundations and services.
3. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; carries out Cloud services, performance monitoring and Cloud Services performance tuning.
4. Manages Cloud vendor relations and accounts; monitors the health of Amazon EC2 instances and other AWS services.
5. Troubleshoots Cloud related problem areas and issues as needed to resolve operational issues and restore/optimize services.
6. Supports administration of Cloud services tagging, logging, and alerting.
7. Carries out administration and support for cloud backup and recovery services.
8. Supports automation services and scripting for cloud deployment and migrations.
9. Collaborates with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.
10. Maintains knowledge of Public and Private Cloud related topics, including emerging technologies, Market Place services, industry best practices, and regulatory/compliance related concerns.
11. Acts as Systems administrator for Linux based environments.
12. Identifies and documents vulnerabilities, and manages vulnerability resolution.
13. Implements architectures based on best practices and compliance with security and corporate guidelines.
