Job Title: Industrial PainterJob Description
The contractor will be responsible for painting larger industrial components, manufacturing equipment, and small parts. This includes preparation, set up, finishing, airless spraying, masking, and conducting quality checks on paint thickness. The role may also involve potential use of a blast booth and assisting in the facility when needed. You will work as part of a larger team, especially on bigger components.
Responsibilities
- Painting larger industrial components and small parts
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including masking and sanding
- Using airless sprayers and paint booths
- Measuring dry and wet film thickness of paint
- Conducting quality checks on paint thickness
- Potential use of a blast booth
- Assisting in the facility as needed
- Working with a larger team on bigger components
Essential Skills
- Experience with industrial painting
- Proficiency in paint preparation and masking
- Skill in using airless sprayers and paint booths
- Ability to measure dry and wet film thickness
- Experience with epoxy, urethane, and organic zinc paints
- Blaster experience
- Sanding and mixing skills
- Experience with paint sprayers
Work Environment
Various shifts are available: Days, Nights and Weekends.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.25 - $35.25/hr.
