In this technically diverse position, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing lean initiatives, and developing proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility efficiency, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead maintenance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process optimization and maintenance management. You must be proficient in CAD for 3D drawings, have a strong lean manufacturing background, and be experienced in using ERP systems. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience leading maintenance reporting are essential for this role.

The Role:
