Education: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law.
• Plead clients' cases before courts of law, tribunals, and boards (lawyers only).
• Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion.
• Research legal precedents and gather evidence.

Supervision

1 to 2 people.

Credentials

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses: Membership in a provincial or territorial law society.

Workplace Information

• Location: Remote based in Vancouver, BC.
• Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 annually (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week.
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, full-time.
