What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage SaaS user access through collaboration with platform and go-to-market teams
2. Independently own access implementation projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
3. Ensure transparency on IAM deliverables, meet project milestones, and exceed customer expectations
4. Monitor and audit user access processes and identity lifecycle management for compliance
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the evaluation and improvement of IAM tools and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 1-2 years of knowledge of enterprise software technologies (e.g., Jira, Auth0)
2. Demonstrated experience in project management and change management within large organizations
3. Strong communication skills to thrive in a service and support-focused role
4. Ability to manage project delivery end-to-end and drive results through collaboration
5. Proven experience in access management, customer care, or technological operational roles is an advantage

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar platforms
2. Background in working with stakeholders in large pharmaceutical companies
