What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in modern web application development to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building intuitive, high-performance applications that support major construction and civil engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and platforms for scalable web app development, alongside backend proficiency in Python and data visualization skills in Power BI. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a strong asset.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Python
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient code integration and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design full-stack solutions that integrate with engineering workflows
  • Use Power BI to create dashboards and visual analytics tools for project reporting
  • Leverage platforms such as Node.js, Next.js, or Azure Web Apps to deliver performant, scalable applications
  • Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
  • Stay up to date with evolving web technologies and best practices

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software and web application development
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based development platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data analytics and visualization
  • Understanding of BIM and how software interfaces with construction and design data
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with Next.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Understanding of DevOps and Agile development practices
  • Experience working with geospatial data, and 3D models is a plus
