Our client is seeking an experienced Icertis Implementation Consultant to assist with their Contract Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Support defining and documenting technical requirements including integrations with JDE, SharePoint, and electronic signature applications.
- Support documenting the solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Support the configuration and implementation of Icertis Contract Management (ICM) application.
- Support the development of training documentation based on configured design.
- Triage, troubleshoot and collaborate with development teams to address solution issues.
- Support change management strategy and sustainment for ICM.
- Support users during UAT for executing test scripts and monitor defect tracking and resolution.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in providing functional or implementation support for Icertis Contract Management
- 3+ years of experience developing functional, technical, and integration requirements
- 3+ years of experience writing and executing test cases.
- 3+ years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- 3+ years of experience participating in change management and training.
- A recognized degree or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS.
- Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and translated into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of taking technical specifications and configuring/implementing them into a solution.
- Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
