  • Analyze IAM workflows and implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce risk.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting related to IAM Compliance activities, ensuring accuracy.
  • Review and optimize manual IAM processes, enhancing operational efficiency and security posture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM best practices and ensure alignment with security and compliance goals.

What you have to offer:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Identity & Access Management environment, with a focus on access control security.
  • Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4) access controls is an asset.
  • Experience managing and governing user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of IGA tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk), SSO, MFA, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and access certifications.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISF SOGP.
  • Proven ability to streamline manual processes, focusing on improving efficiency and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
