HYBRID - Senior Healthcare Project Manager to provide PM and BA services for small-medium capital healthcare projects - SOW20250121VJ - Jan 31 - 1

S.i. Systems enterprise public health client is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to provide PM and BA services for small-medium capital healthcare projects

HYBRID - must live locally in Vancouver and able to visit some health facilities sites as required - otherwise REMOTE most days

Feb - August contract + extensions

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

1. 10+ years experience as a Project Manager of IM/IT projects - IT systems, clinical and business systems, and integrated systems
2. BC Health Authority experience or Canadian public health experience
3. PMP or Prince 2
4. Experience with clinical information systems used within acute hospitals (for example: Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Surgical, and Health Information Management, etc).
5. Demonstrated clinical stakeholder engagement experience
6. Must be willing to provide (3) recent references within the last 5 years that demonstrate the individual's experience in strategic business consulting. Please include the following:
1. Brief description of your role on the project team
2. Your years of experience
3. Additional/supplemental skills or expertise
4. Contact information of three (3) references per individual

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

Fraser Health experience - It is an asset if the proponent has experience or knowledge of specific FH processes, downstream clinical applications, and end-to-end clinical and system workflows

JOB DUTIES

Provide project management and business analysis services for overall scoping, coordination, and delivery of IT and technology components to several medium- to small- sized capital projects, including but not limited to the following:

1. UPCC projects - all sites (BA support for assigned Project Lead)
2. MHSU SPOA (Single Point of Access)
3. PHC Wellness Hubs
4. JPOCSC MDR Cart Washer
5. F598-01 Surrey Memorial Hospital
6. Mental Health and Substance Use - UCRC & SUSAT
7. F598-02 Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH)
8. Peritoneal Dialysis Unit (PDU)
9. F598-03 Charles Barham (Decant of)
10. OR Booking, AORN, MUE, CRU & Co-location of PAC

Expected work will include:

1. Requirements elicitation/documentation for in-scope Digital Patient & Provider Experience (DPPE) deliverables;
2. Development of detailed DPPE project plans and alignment with the larger facilities project;
3. Coordination of project planning and pre-implementation activities with DPPE teams & resources, vendors, and project teams;
4. Other miscellaneous project and change management activities through to project close.
