HVAC Technician(Canadians only)

HVAC Technician 3rd or 4th Year

Responsibilities:

1. Professionally install HVAC equipment, working with freezers, and coolers.
2. Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
3. Learn and grow as part of a progressive and customer service-oriented team.
4. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards.
5. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
6. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
7. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.
8. Collaborate with other technicians to build and install new HVAC systems.
9. Conduct appliance repair tasks related to HVAC components.
10. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations.
11. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

1. 3rd or 4th year HVAC Technician.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
4. Able to work at any site, travel involved lifting up to 15 kg up to shoulder height, working inside and outside in all types of weather within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
8. Strong mechanical knowledge.
9. Familiarity with HVAC systems, appliances, and tools used in the industry.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
11. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
