Maximum is seeking a self-starting, career-oriented individual to join our team as they enter into the HVAC trade. No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing components.
• Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues.
• Learn and apply mechanical knowledge to assist in HVAC installations and repairs.
• Develop skills in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong ability to work in a team environment.
• Interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and how they operate.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including customer relations and paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Additional pay:

• Overtime pay.
