Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal temperature control and air quality within our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficient and compliant operations within the facility.
  • Perform regular inspections of HVAC equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability.
  • Monitor and adjust system controls to maintain specified temperatures and air quality levels.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for compliance reporting.
  • Work closely with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Ensure that all HVAC systems meet local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain inventory of HVAC supplies and order materials as needed to support ongoing maintenance and repair activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in a regulated environment like the cannabis industry.
  • Certification in HVAC or a related field is required; additional certifications (e.g., EPA) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with inventory management and maintaining HVAC-related supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
