Main Responsibilities & Duties

1. Provide top-tier service and maintenance for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
2. Install and service major refrigeration and HVAC brands across various industries, including supermarkets, food production facilities, refrigerated warehouses, and retail outlets.
3. Handle all necessary documentation and safety paperwork in an organized, timely manner.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide ongoing support to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Technician or Level 4
2. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
3. Intermediate computer skills for accurate reporting and communication.
4. Must be detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to performing high-quality work.
5. Valid driver’s license required.
6. Able to handle being on-call on a rotating schedule (every 4 months).
