We’d like you to have:

• Gas Technician 3 min.
• Class G Driver's License with clean driving history
• No criminal history
• Physically capable to bend, kneel, stand, climb step ladders.
• Ability to understand, learn, and grow with new technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components or other parts.
• Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace worn or broken parts using hand tools.
• Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
• Remove parts or components from equipment.
• Install hardware or other mechanical components.
• Fabricate parts or components.
• Run wiring to connect equipment.
• Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning.
• Test mechanical equipment to ensure its functioning properly.
• Document operational activities.
• Collect payments for goods or services.
• Duct Cleaning.
• Provide Options.

Basic Position Requirements:

Abilities:

• Excellent mechanical and technical skills.
• Physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs or higher.
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time.
• This position requires a high degree of selling.
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary.
• Reliable and self-motivated.

Knowledge:

• Able to use a tablet.
• Knowledge of Cooling, Heating, Heat Pumps.
• Providing and explaining products and services to new customers.
• Experience working with Furnaces and Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Duct Cleaning.

Working Conditions:

• The job requires a high degree of organization, installation of equipment and materials within the organization, or products or services in the marketplace.
• Must be able to work after hours, and with short notice.
• The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented.
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license and adhere to our Technician’s Drivers code of conduct.
• Clean Criminal History Background check.
• Drivers License with a clean abstract.

Equipment / Tools:

• All Hand Tools Required, Pliers, drill, impact drill, screwdrivers, pipe wrenches, channel locks, pipe cutters, close quarters pipe cutters, multimeter, bit set, adjustable wrenches, Red snips, Green snips, linesman pliers, level, tape measure, flashlight, mini flat screwdriver, black marker, Imperial allen keys.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $68,765.00 - $76,649.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
