• Log jobs in ServiceTitan—track parts, time, and spot upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and dispatch for seamless operations and skill growth.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and safety standards—report hazards immediately.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years HVAC service and repair experience—residential or light commercial.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills—fix it right, fix it fast.
• Excellent communication—build trust with Kelowna clients.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record—ready to hit the road.
