Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, oversee and evaluate the operations of human resources departments.
  • Collaborate with various departments regarding their human resource requirements and manpower planning.
  • Coordinate training and recruitment efforts both within the organization and externally to ensure timely deployment of talents when needed.
  • Coordinate proper onboarding of new hires as well as offboarding of leaving employees.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation and ensure the performance management system of the organization is in place.
  • Formulate, enforce and update the HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to other department managers regarding the interpretation and implementation of personnel policies and programs.
  • Organize and lead informational meetings for employees on topics such as employment policies, benefits, and compensation.
  • Play an active role on various joint committees to sustain ongoing relations between management and employees.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and culture development initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Organize and coordinate CSR initiatives for employer branding.
  • Organize company social events to enhance team building and collaboration.
  • Introduce and manage employee committees and student volunteers for CSR and social events.
  • Facilitate job classification and rating of occupations for job pricing and analysis.
  • Draft and finalize with department managers the job description per position in the organization.
  • Develop the pay structure and total rewards system per job position for talent retention and acquisition.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS and Payroll system.
  • In charge of payroll processing and HR and payroll reporting and analytics.
  • Lead the company’s quality management initiatives.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with various HR-related laws and regulations.

Employment Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration related to human resources or personnel management or related field is required.
  • At least three years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource manager are required.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations issues with tact and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • English language proficiency.

$90,000
