Compensation range: $65,000–$80,000

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/industrial industries
• Degree in HR or Business. HR certification (CHRP/CHRL/SHRM) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws
• Proficiency in HR systems like ADP
• Proven ability to promote company culture and values
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Willing to travel to project sites as needed

About the role

If hired, you will:

• Drive HR initiatives supporting growth and company goals
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance, and workforce planning
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Maintain HR policies in compliance with provincial and federal laws
• Enhance processes using ADP and HR systems
• Lead audits, compliance, and advise on employee concerns
• Create engagement, wellness, and training programs
• Collaborate with departments for integrated HR support
