Compensation range: $65,000–$80,000
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/industrial industries
Degree in HR or Business. HR certification (CHRP/CHRL/SHRM) is a plus
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws
Proficiency in HR systems like ADP
Proven ability to promote company culture and values
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
Willing to travel to project sites as needed
About the role
If hired, you will:
Drive HR initiatives supporting growth and company goals
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance, and workforce planning
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Maintain HR policies in compliance with provincial and federal laws
Enhance processes using ADP and HR systems
Lead audits, compliance, and advise on employee concerns
Create engagement, wellness, and training programs
Collaborate with departments for integrated HR support
