Your days will include:

• Assisting in compensation-related projects and preparing reviews as necessary.
• Liaising with WCB and medical providers to ensure proper programming for employees on return-to-work (RTW) or modified duties.
• Collaborating on injury reduction initiatives and strategies to enhance workplace safety and well-being.
• Fostering employee engagement and strong relationships through verbal, in-person, and written communication to enhance understanding of HyLife’s mission, vision, and values.
• Representing “We Care” by effectively communicating solutions and gathering ideas for continuous improvement.
• Developing and analyzing labor reports focused on recruitment fulfillment and overtime to inform strategic decisions.
• Supporting HR generalists in their roles while contributing to various global projects and initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A College or University Diploma in Business or HR (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with minimal direction and a forward-thinking mindset.
