About The Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will join a driven team that is growing and committed to results in an inclusive and high‐performing culture. As a Human Resources Manager, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our human resources programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the employees whilst following HR best practices. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual who values HR excellence and is committed to fostering a supportive and effective work environment. The HR Manager provides hands‐on HR experience, particularly in HR analytics, recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management. This position is based out of our Head Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is located on First Nations land.
