Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right talent and resources to achieve its goals. Duties

1. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
2. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate data collection for employee records.
3. Utilize HRIS systems, such as Oracle and Dayforce, to maintain employee information and streamline HR operations.
4. Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
5. Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
6. Negotiate employment offers and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while implementing best practices in human resources management.
8. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

Skills

1. Proficient in payroll management and data collection techniques.
2. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Oracle and Dayforce.
3. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
4. Experience in talent acquisition and developing recruitment strategies.
5. Ability to create impactful training development programs for employees.
6. Strong negotiation skills to manage employment offers and employee relations effectively.
7. Comprehensive understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
