The HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of the human resources management policy and compliance with the applicable social legislation within the village in which they are assigned. The HR Manager is the Club Med values ambassador, leads and animates the HR team, and is responsible for operational HR processes. The HR Manager supports the managerial line in the supervision of the teams, recruits local staff and leads social monitoring. This position supports Village managers in optimizing G.O / G.E. payroll and is responsible for clothing, transport and accommodation of G.O / G.E.

You will
Be responsible for personnel management and the application of social regulations within the resort.
Support managers and their teams (between 150 and 450 employees)
Develop and implement the action plan necessary to optimize human resources to meet the company's economic objectives
Manage the process of integration and evaluation of employees in compliance with the rules and procedures of labor law
Set up a local recruitment policy
Manage relations with employee representative bodies
Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
