Your Role

Success in this role involves mastering the complex orchestration of human resource duties, managing benefits administration, leave requests, and compliance with employment laws. You will ensure alignment with both state and federal laws and company policies, solving practical problems with strategic insight and clarity. Your ability to communicate effectively and navigate HR regulations will be key.

Ideal candidates will bring five years of generalist experience in HR management, with a four-year degree—preferably in HR administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid grasp of HR legal standards is essential. Experience in manufacturing will set you apart.
