Your impact
As an HR Manager, you are a true generalist who likes exposure to all areas of HR. You have a passion for developing learning and development programs with a focus on improving organization performance. You’ll craft policies and programs, guiding the team to boost employee engagement, productivity, and company goals. Your role includes shaping HR strategies, managing talent, handling labour relations, grievances, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will establish relationships, trust, and credibility with senior management to align HR initiatives with company objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive the success of our organization in the dynamic trucking industry.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
