• Salary: $36.00 to $38.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 65 to 70 hours bi-weekly
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Overview

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Motivate staff
• Respond to employee questions and complaints
• Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
• Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
• Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
• Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
• Ensure compliance with government regulations
• Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
• Arrange for in-house and external staff training
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
• Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Provide established workers with information and strategies for dealing with job dissatisfaction, making mid-career changes and adjusting to workplace transitions

Experience and specialization

5 years or more of relevant experience required.

Computer and technology knowledge

• MS Outlook
• SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
