Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

1. Lead talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
2. Negotiate and administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
3. Provide guidance on HR best practices.
4. Performance evaluation, managing benefits, and leaves.
5. Manage budgeting for HR operations and initiatives.
6. Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
7. Utilize data analysis skills to make informed HR decisions.
8. Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
9. Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce and SAP.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills; strong conflict resolution skills.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5. Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
