Are you interested in working for a well-established and growing Canadian company? Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join their HR team in their Vaughan location. This position is performed 100% on site but requires some travel to other offices.

Responsibilities:

• Providing human resources and health & safety support to managers and the employee group
• Monitor, facilitate and complete all full cycle recruitment needs for the company
• Monitor payroll from an administrative capacity
• Provide training to employee groups during orientation
• Monitor and manage benefits
• Liaise between Corporate HR, health & safety and other associates
• Assist in employee relations and disciplinary measures as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
• Experience in the manufacturing industry required
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
• CHRP/CHRL designation or in process, preferred
• Self-motivated
• A champion in navigating grey areas in the HR space
