Position Description
As an HR Generalist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Support HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams in implementing human resources initiatives that drive results and foster innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support for HR-related business requests, contributing to organizational development.
  • Build credibility within the organization as an effective problem solver for people and organizational issues.
  • Manage and support various HR projects, particularly focusing on the backend operations to enhance HR business functions.
  • Assist with internal programs such as onboarding/offboarding, mobility, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement while collaborating with managers and HRBPs for effective communication.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on HR projects and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and effective execution.
  • Highly developed verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
