The Human Resources Generalist works closely with Managers, employees, and members of the Human Resources and Organization Effectiveness team to ensure the agency attracts, hires, trains, and develops the best employees to fulfill the vision and mission of Pathways. The Human Resources Generalist provides expertise and support for employee relations, recruitment & orientation, attendance & leave/ability case management, policy and procedures. The Generalist will also provide support in the area of HRIS data integrity, reporting & compliance, and performance management as required.
