Job Overview

This role will support all aspects of the HR Team which offers a great opportunity for growth and exposure to different areas of HR.

Project Administrative Duties

  1. Create, format, and manage documents, forms, letters, proposals, and more in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Use time-tracking systems (e.g., TOGGL), and other digital platforms to streamline processes and manage project timelines.
  3. Create, edit, and update online videos and multimedia files using slideshow/video editing tools, ensuring content remains current and aligns with policy changes and organizational requirements.
  4. Assist in maintaining project organization and prioritizing tasks to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met efficiently.
  5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  7. Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  1. Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration or relevant experience in an HR role.
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, and other administrative tools.
  3. Ability to learn and navigate multiple digital platforms (e.g., Asana, E-Signature software, HR systems).
