Job Overview
This role will support all aspects of the HR Team which offers a great opportunity for growth and exposure to different areas of HR.
Project Administrative Duties
- Create, format, and manage documents, forms, letters, proposals, and more in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Use time-tracking systems (e.g., TOGGL), and other digital platforms to streamline processes and manage project timelines.
- Create, edit, and update online videos and multimedia files using slideshow/video editing tools, ensuring content remains current and aligns with policy changes and organizational requirements.
- Assist in maintaining project organization and prioritizing tasks to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration or relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, and other administrative tools.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple digital platforms (e.g., Asana, E-Signature software, HR systems).
