Tâches:

  1. Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations
  2. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  3. Direct and control daily operations
  4. Direct staff
  5. Evaluate daily operations
  6. Plan and organize daily operations
  7. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
  8. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  9. Train staff
  10. Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
  11. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  12. Mediation of labour disputes and grievances
  13. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  14. Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  15. Manage training and development strategies
  16. Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  17. Oversee development of communication strategies
  18. Oversee the preparation of reports
  19. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  20. Hire, train and supervise staff
  21. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
  22. Provide customer service
  23. Recruit and hire staff
  24. Conduct performance reviews
  25. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
