Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes and conducting initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, setting up workstations, and coordinating training.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Ensure all personnel files are accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
Address employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR-related matters. Assist with administering employee benefits programs and coordinating annual reviews.
Help coordinate employee engagement programs and events with the office and field staff. Assist with conducting engagement surveys.
Manage office supplies, order new materials as needed. Coordinate office services such as maintenance, and IT support.
Provide support to leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating occasional travel arrangements. Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers. Track and reconcile office expenses, prepare expense reports, and assist with budget management.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and employee functions. Help ensure the office complies with health and safety policies and regulations.
