Responsibilities
In this Human Resources Coordinator role in Longueuil, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Documenting compliance with Law 90 and preparing the annual report.
  2. Coordinating programs: registrations, invitations, follow-ups, and employee feedback.
  3. Overseeing training requests: approvals, reimbursements, and issue resolution.
  4. Monitoring key performance indicators related to the programs.
  5. Assisting with budget tracking and creating purchase orders (PO).

Qualifications
