Position Objective:
The Human Resources Coordinator will work with the Director of Business Operations and Accounting to ensure that all federal and state laws relating to human resources and state licensure will be followed to the best of his/her knowledge and ability. They will also coordinate and oversee all year-round staff recruiting and retention efforts, including the hiring of over 150 seasonal summer staff. They also ensure that employee files and personal information collected for employment purposes will be kept in an orderly, accurate, secure, and confidential manner. They are responsible for modeling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, and nurturing the spiritual growth of employees through HR activities in a manner consistent with Carolina Creek’s mission, vision, and values. The Human Resources Coordinator works collaboratively with a team of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees to accomplish these objectives.
