Overview

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Location: On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
2. Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements.
3. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
4. Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.
5. Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs.
6. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
7. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
8. Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
9. Recruit and hire staff.
10. Conduct performance reviews.
