As a Human Resources (HR) Consultant, Organizational Development, you will be assigned to support an area of the business based on their individual needs. For this specific role, you will be assigned to support the Planning and Development Services department. This role will enable you to specialize in project change management and provide expertise in change management to facilitate the successful execution of business initiatives. You will work as a part of a small team of change management specialists assigned to specific project teams.
Work collaboratively with project teams, learning and development, communications and representatives from the business. Teams work using both the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and waterfall methodologies. Through the application of PROSCI methodology, your role will support developing change management strategies, plans and tactics to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of initiatives. It will also involve coaching to develop awareness of the importance of change management in projects and skills of the project teams and business to develop plans and implement tactics.
