Min: $53,059, Control Point: $70,745, Max: $74,283.
Placement within a salary band is typically up to the Control Point based on a review of skills, experience and internal equity. The College may place over Control Point in limited circumstances.

You demonstrate exceptional tact when providing administrative support for employee relations and labour relations matters to management, supervisors and employees of the College. Your ability to provide sound judgment and adherence to confidentiality in the application of policies and procedures is essential to offer accurate information and timely transactions to support the College.

Minimum Qualifications:
This temporary full-time position is available effective March 24, 2025 – February 12, 2027. Regular hours of work are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Travel between Douglas College’s locations as required.
