  1. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  2. Answer electronic enquiries
  3. Compile data, statistics and other information
  4. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  5. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  6. Perform data entry
  7. Provide customer service
  8. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  9. Maintain and manage digital database
