Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience

Tasks:

  1. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  2. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  3. Ensure compliance with government regulations
  4. Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies
  5. Develop and implement marketing strategies
  6. Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  7. Determine staffing requirements
  8. Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  9. Assess business opportunities and develop strategies
  10. Manage staff and assign duties
  11. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
  12. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  13. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  14. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  15. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  16. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week
