Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute progressive HR policies to support a globally connected and fast-scaling workforce.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

1. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier professionals.
2. Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are set up for success.

Workplace Culture:

1. Foster a work environment that promotes collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance.
2. Organize team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-driven events.

Performance Management & Talent Development:

1. Implement structured performance management programs.
2. Support employee growth and identify high-potential talent for leadership roles.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

1. Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, ensuring a positive and people-focused workplace.
2. Champion initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Compliance & Best Practices:

1. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
2. Introduce and maintain HR best practices that enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in HR leadership roles with expertise in talent strategy, culture-building, and performance management.
2. Experience in fast-growing or startup-like environments is an asset.
3. Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning.
4. CHRP certification is an asset.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner with both executives and employees.
6. Experience with HR technology platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred).
