PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Business Transformation Services HRIS Business Analyst is tasked with collecting requirements, conducting user acceptance tests for HR applications, crafting reports, and resolving business production issues to improve our HRIS and its related technologies. With experience, tasks will grow in variety and complexity, encouraging greater independence within set guidelines. The role involves collaboration with Human Resources, Labour Relations, Network Service Center, and IT teams to demonstrate technology for more efficient processes, considering the interplay of people, process, and technology. This position handles H2R systems at CPKC including SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and others, and emphasizes service provision, relationship building with business units, and teamwork.

Management Conductor Program:
