StandardAero is seeking a motivated, eager, and innovative student looking to join our HRIS team in Winnipeg MB CA for the 2025 summer term.

As an intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.

Job Duties:

1. Students may be involved in one or several of the following:
2. HR documents digitization project
1. Analyzing globally meta data needed and types
2. Security (view, edit)
3. Assist in managing and maintaining our HR Information System (HRIS)
4. Support data entry, reporting, and system updates
5. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency
6. Gain hands-on experience in HR tech and data management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

1. 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Library Information Technology or Human Resources Student
2. MS Suite proficient
3. Good team player and communication skills
4. Good analytical skills
5. A strong desire to learn and be a contributing member of a team
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high pace environment

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with HR systems is an asset
