The HR Manager, Hermitage is looking for a HR & Tenancy Coordinator to join the team and be based at Aoraki / Mount Cook. This role plays a key role in delivering operational HR and supports all our teams delivering guest experiences. The coordinator and wider HR and Tenancy team enable the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, helping hiring managers to source talent and supporting our new joiners to settle in, as well as supporting staff throughout their employment.
What do we need from you?
You will have experience in administration or coordination, be highly organised, and comfortable with using technology to deliver HR services. You will be able to work alone and as part of a team, working at pace but keeping organised and up to date. You will demonstrate a can-do approach and willingness to learn, and problem solve.
The role is a fulltime, permanent position based at Aoraki / Mount Cook Alpine Village in staff accommodation and will utilise company vehicles as required for the role, so you will hold a NZ driver’s license or entitlement to drive in NZ.
Pay is in the range of $29.00 – $32 per hour depending on experience, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
