HR Site Lead – Manufacturing / PA RH – Fabrication

Oakleaf Partnership is working with a global CPG business to hire a HR leader for their Montreal factory.

This is a high profile leadership position. You will work with site management and wider business leadership to drive productivity and efficiencies at the factory.

This role leads a team of HR professionals.

Reporting to the Head of HR – Supply Chain, the HR Lead will shape talent strategies, improve processes, and drive cultural change for about 1000 employees.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. HR Processes: Oversee hiring, training, workforce planning, compensation, and organizational changes.
2. Talent Management: Develop employees, manage staffing plans, and facilitate internal talent moves.
3. Labor Relations: Handle employee concerns, resolve grievances, and manage union strategy.
4. Culture & Engagement: Promote company values, drive cultural transformation, and boost employee satisfaction.
5. Compliance: Ensure HR policies follow employment laws.
6. Analytics: Use data to guide decisions.
7. Strategy: Address business challenges with effective HR solutions.
