Description:

We’re seeking someone to join our team as an HR Project Manager and PMO Coordinator to assist in providing oversight of the Division’s PMO resources and facilitate the responsible management of projects in accordance with our measures of success.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the Human Capital Management PMO team, responsible for effective execution and delivery of our projects and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:

  1. Maintain a PMO center of excellence that aligns with HR project management governance.
  2. Work directly with Departmental COO teams to identify project resource needs, risks, and opportunities.
  3. Assist with tracking, reporting, and metric management of the Division’s projects.
  4. Assist in preparation of annual project scoping, related budgets, and resource management.
  5. Ongoing management and allocation of resources across projects.
  6. Manage compliance in the use of project management tools.
  7. Evaluate project prioritization and opportunities, including ROI, risk assessment, and quality controls.
  8. Maintain a feedback loop with product leads and provide value-add analytics on queries.
  9. Prepare accurate and insightful project reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

What you’ll bring to the role:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline and min 8 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Proven record managing teams and projects successfully.
  3. Ability to manage resourcing, cost, and profitability of projects.
  4. Ability to identify sources of risk and opportunities in projects.
  5. Ability to identify lessons learned and utilize best practices across a portfolio of projects.
  6. Sound leadership and analytical skills.
  7. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  8. Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively.
  10. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
